Assassin’s Creed Rebellion Coming Soon to iOS & Android

Jun 28, 2017

If you love Assassin’s Creed, then you will love the news that a new game called Assassin’s Creed Rebellion will shortly be coming to both iOS and Android. This new game is going to occur during the Spanish Inquisition. Longtime fans of the Assassin’s Creed series should be delighted that there is a new mobile game about to hit. We have all of the latest news about Assassin’s Creed Rebellion and what you can expect in this new mobile game from Ubisoft.

Assassin’s Creed Rebellion Announced for iOS & Android

The really good news here if you love Assassin’s Creed is that this new game, Assassin’s Creed Rebellion, is going to be coming to iOS and Android sooner than you might think. Ubisoft created this game with Behavior Interactive Studio, and this is another free-to-play RPG. If you love the role-playing game style but have never played an Assassin’s Creed game before, this is definitely a great start into the popular franchise.

Currently, it appears that the game is still being developed, so we probably will not be seeing a release for at least a few more months. It likely will be longer than that, since no time frame or release date has been announced yet from Ubisoft.

Even though we do not have a time frame for the release of Assassin’s Creed Rebellion, we do know some details about the game. First off, this game will be set during the Spanish Inquisition, as the game itself is based in Spain during the 15th century. Assassin’s Creed Rebellion is also going to use a lot of the same characters you have come to know and love.

However, the plots and the direction of the characters are likely going to be a bit different from previous Assassin’s Creed games. The game still plans on being similar enough to the Assassin’s Creed series that fans will notice all of the similarities and will enjoy the overall same quality to the game.

Assassin’s Creed Rebellion will allow you to go on various covert missions, which you will be facing off against the Templars. You will also get to build your own Brotherhood, and even better than that is that you can manage your own fortress. There are more than 40 assassins overall in this game, so it should provide you with hours of entertainment and role-playing. The combat and missions will be similar to those of other Assassin’s Creed games, but this being set during the Spanish Inquisition will give everything a twist.

More Assassin’s Creed Rebellion Details

We also know that in this game, you will find a lot of the same assassins as previous games, but there will be quite a few new ones available as well. As far as the names you will recognize, there will be Machiavelli, Claudia, Aguilar, Ezio, and Shao Jun. There will also be around 20 new characters that you can unlock in the game, which are being designed specifically for the Assassin’s Creed Rebellion iOS and Android mobile game.

These new characters will come into play in part because of the fact this is set during the Spanish Inquisition. You will have new items and equipment in this game, plus the ability to still train your assassins just like the other games in the series. Your Brotherhood HeadQuarters will also be able to expand out so that you can build up and add new rooms.

In order to run Assassin’s Creed Rebellion on your mobile device, if you are on iOS you will need iOS 8 or above. If you are on Android, you will need Android 4.1 or higher to run the game. This game has been specifically optimized for Android. As far as the size of the game, it is going to require you to have at least 2GB RAM to run the game. While we do not know a release date for the game right now, we do know that it will be “coming soon” as the Ubisoft blog post recently announced.
