Command & Conquer: Rivals Coming to iOS & Android December 4
We are happy to tell you that Electronic Arts has finally given a release date for Command & Conquer: Rivals on mobile. You will be able to get this game on both iOS and Android starting on December 4. This real-time strategy game has been optimized for both smartphones and tablets. That means the game was built specifically for people on these types of devices, and it will enhance the game play and overall game mechanics.
Command & Conquer: Rivals is actually going to become the next franchise for Electronic Arts, so Electronic Arts must feel very confident in the success of the game. If you did not know already, Command & Conquer has built up a pretty successful past as a franchise, and this is just the newest iteration of that.
This game is a player-vs-player real-time game that requires you to get your faction to victory. You are at war in this game for the key resource, which is known as Tiberium. There is a ton of action and adventure to be found in this real-time strategy game. You will love the various battles in the game, some of which are pretty difficult. The controls so far have seemed pretty spot-on from what we have seen with the beta test version of the game.
Command & Conquer: Rivals Mobile Game Details
So as we said, the main goal of the game is to lead your group to victory in this player-vs-player game as you try to get control of Tiberium. There is a lot of depth and strategy involved in this game, since you will have complete control over your units. You will have a Rivals Champions mode too, which is going to be released at launch.
This Rival Champions will basically be an in-game competition that works similar to how FIFA Ultimate Team Champions works in the FIFA game. You will have to go through battles and then compete in the matchmaking pool. All of the matchmaking is done by your ranking, which means every skill level can win and compete.
There is also going to be a multi-continent electronic sports program that will launch in 2019. The game overall is very competitive and there is going to be a huge in-game competition for everyone. No matter your rank or skill level because lower ranks will compete with the lower ranks.
Obviously, the better you are in the battles and the more you win, the bigger and better rewards you will earn in the game. If you like competitive games, then you will love Command & Conquer: Rivals. The developers of the game have listened to the feedback from the alpha and beta versions of the game to give you an even better gaming experience.
