Beyond the update, we thought we would tell you more about Toon Blast. We also wanted to tell you some cool hints and tips that you can use to help you get through the game. Toon Blast is a free match-three puzzle game that is available on Android and iOS. You will notice that a ton of cartoon characters are in this game, including Wally Wolf, Bruno Bear, and Cooper Cat.

It is your job to help these characters get through the match-three puzzles. This is a very colorful and fun match-three puzzle game meant for children and adults alike. Read on to learn about some of the best tips and tricks we have to offer, which will help you get through the levels much quicker.

Toon Blast Tips & Cheats

Stars Don’t Matter Early- One tip we can give you about Toon Blast is that you should not be worried about the stars in the beginning of the game. You will be able to get up to three stars for each level in the game, just like a lot of other match-three puzzle games.

The stars do not matter that much though in the beginning. You will unlock the Star Chest once you get to level 15, which is where you need to start worrying about the stars you accumulate. You need 20 stars in order to open up the next Star Chest, so try to get 3 stars on each level when you reach level 15.

Go for Bigger Moves- Just like with other match-three puzzle games, in Toon Blast, you want to try to get the bigger moves as much as you can. You should not just match three when you can since you need to try to get the various boosters and special pieces.

You need to match four or five in order to get the special pieces, such as the bombs and rockets. There are special combination moves that you can make as well, so make sure you are not just aimlessly going for three pieces to match. The more bigger moves you can make, the quicker you will be able to get through the level.

Use Boosters WiselyIt it important in Toon Blast that you do not use your boosters on relatively easy boards or moves. You want to conserve the boosters as much as possible so that you can use them when you really need them. The power-ups and boosters are not that easy to get, so they are not something you want to waste on just the smaller moves.

Each time you get a Star Chest or Toon Chest you will get two boosters, which actually is not that many. You should wait until you have progressed in the game and are on the harder levels with more complicated moves to use these boosters.

Save MovesAnother tip we have for you if you are playing Toon Blast is to try to save your moves. At the end of the level once you have completed the objectives, your remaining moves turn into rockets. These rockets will earn you more points and could push you to the max three stars that you can achieve for the level. So this means that you need to really focus on trying to complete the objectives and clear the board in as few moves as you can.

Obviously, harder levels will require all or almost all of the moves in order to complete them. This means that the easier levels, especially in the beginning 50 levels, you should be trying to clear the board in as few moves as possible. Even in the harder levels, you still want to try to clear the board with as few moves as you can so you can turn those leftover moves into rockets.

Work from Bottom- Just like with other match-three games, you want to work from the bottom in Toon Blast. If you are trying to match pieces from the bottom then you are more likely to get other matches at the same time that are dropping down from the top. If you only match from the top, moves will not automatically happen at the bottom. Going from the bottom allows the pieces to fall, which means more opportunity for matches without you wasting a move to get them.

Join a Team- Lastly, if you are playing Toon Blast, you definitely should be joining a team once you get the opportunity. In this game, you will have the ability to join a team once you reach level 20. The teams are other players that are also trying to beat the levels in the game. You can create your own team or you can join a team that already exists. Teams are great because you can ask for help if you run out of lives.

The downside to making your own team is that it will cost you coins, and you might want to keep the coins for something else down the road. If you are someone who wants to feel like they are part of a group and have the option to ask for more lives when needed, joining a team is the best way to achieve those goals.
