The automation app Workflow by Apple has been updated with support for both iOS 11 and the iPhone X. This is definitely good news seeing as iOS 11 brings a ton of new features and options. While we know there have been issues with iOS 11, it has not stopped a lot of people from downloading the newest operating system release from Apple. Apple has finally pushed out this Workflow update, which will work on the iPhone, iPad, and the Apple Watch. Workflow App on iOS Adds iOS 11 Support
The good news is that the Workflow app, which is an Apple automation app, has added support for both iOS 11 features and the new iPhone X. There are a ton of features available in the new iOS, which is iOS 11. You will now be able to drag-and-drop the content into your workflow in order to run it with that particular input. The Workflow app also has added HEIF support. This HEIF support was added into the Convert Image Action. Another addition is that the HEVC video was added to the Encode Media.
Various iOS 11 features are now supported in the Workflow app, including the addition of more Health fields. Specifically, the Insulin Delivery, Waist Circumference, and V02 Max were added into the Workflow app. More Health fields you will now find include Heart Rate Variability, Resting Heart Rate, and even the Walking Heart Rate. These are definitely good additions to the Workflow app and it will allow for you to now integrate the app with the new iOS 11. If you have not yet downloaded iOS 11, you will be amazed at all of the integration and features you will find in the newest release.
Workflow App Brings iPhone X Support
Beyond the new iOS 11 support, the Workflow app is adding iPhone X support as well. This means that you can share various iPhone X screenshots that you you. You also can share animoji and also take your animoji and turn it into looping GIFs. Other improvements you will find in the new update include being able to save multiple files at the same time. You also can load multiple files at the same time with the Workflow app update. Both loading and saving multiple files can be done using the Save File or Get File actions. There is also the ability to add TaskPaper to specific folders, tasks, and projects from within the OminiFocus area.
We also have to tell you that you also can specific a default standard for the “from address” within the Send Email section. If you want to check out all of the new Workflow app features, you need to be running iOS 9 or newer in order to download. Included in this update as well are minor bug fixes and general improvements. These improvements should help the app run better and provide an overall more stable experience.
